CAN YOU SHIP OUT PRODUCTS AT THE MOMENT?
Yes! All products will be made and handled in a sterile environment. Orders currently take 3-5 business days to make before delivery or collection at address.

We currently only deliver to the Durbanville and Gordonsbay area, Collection is required further.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
When you place an order on our website, you will receive a confirmation email with a list of all the items you ordered. Once your order is ready (this takes 5 business days MAX), you will receive a text or email from us.

Your parcel will be delivered by us and will be delivered on Thursdays during the week (Only in Durbanville and Gordons bay). Parcels can be collected at address throughout the week, 2-3 days after receiving confirmation of payment.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND/RETURN POLICY?
We do not offer returns or refunds for our products. All sales are final.
Always play with clean hands and on clean surfaces. Dirty hands and surfaces will cause mold to develop on your playdough. Dough can also arrive sticky or become sticky over time, or become tough. Please read our online playdough care sheet to learn more about taking care of your dough.

Playdough is meant for anyone over the age of 3. Do not play with dough if you are sensitive to colourants and flavourants.
